Custom Designs: 
*Just contact us and we will design a custom wrapper or gift just for you.  
*If you'd like us to design a wrapper with a special photo please send it to us as a   .jpg or .JPEG format only.  It should be no larger than 500 kb. 
*A proof of your design will be sent to you via email for your approval prior to processing your order and shipping.

Ordering:
*Place your order on-line or by phone.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Pay-Pal.  For your protection, credit card details are collected using a 128-bit SSL encrypted secure server.   
*To place your order by phone, contact us at (707) 995-3836 during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 to 6:00 pacific standard time).
*Orders paid by personal check will be delayed until payment is verified.. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

 Cancellations: 
*If you need to cancel or change an order (other than custom or personalized) please contact us by phone or e-mail within 2-3 hours of initial order. We can not cancel or make changes to orders, once they've been processed and/or shipped. 
*Customized gift orders can not be canceled.

 Refunds/Returns:
*Candy is not returnable.  
*Chocolate will not be shipped in the hot months. 
*On personalized orders, please check your proof carefully -we will only refund or replace if any misprints are due to our error. 
*Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact our customer service department at (707) 995-3836 or via e-mail at sales@asweetgreeting.com   within 7 business days for a prompt replacement or refund, however, since many of our gifts contain food products, they must be returned unopened before we can issue a refund.
*There is a 10% restocking fee on non-food items and we do not refund shipping expenses.
*Before returning a product to A Sweet Greeting you must notify our Customer Service Department at 707-995-3836 or via e-mail at sales@asweetgreeting.com and receive written approval of refund.
* Digital downloadable sets are not refundable.

Tax:
*For those customers living in the state of California- Good news, we pay the sales tax. 

Privacy:
*All information collected from us is for the sole purpose of processing your orders. It will not be sold or used for any other purposes.
Friendly Reminders:
*During hot weather, we strongly suggest you arrange for the recipient to be home when chocolate products are due to arrive. We will not be held liable if there is a chocolate "melt down". 
*In the summer months, we strongly advice you to order candy wraps only and buy your chocolate locally to avoid a chocolate melt-down during shipping.
