General Shipping Information

Since each gift is created after the order has been received, we normally ship out orders within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. 
For large personalized wrapper orders, we normally ship out within 7-10 business days after the order has been processed.

We ship anywhere within the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as P.O. Boxes & A.P.O. Addresses. However we DO NOT ship to hospitals.**  
**NOTE: We strongly recommend shipping to a home address if the person is not in a long term care facility.  Hospitals do not forward patient mail, but return it to the sender (that's us) so if the patient is discharged before receiving their package the hospital will ship it back to us and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send your gift to another address.

ICE & INSULATION charge ($5.95) will be added to all chocolate orders from May 1st through October 1st or if the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit.  This will ensure that your gift will get to their destination without melting.  If the chocolates are soft, you just need to let them sit at room temperature for a little while and they will harden again.

We use USPS First Class (approx. 5-7 days) Parcel Mail (approx. 7-10 days) Priority Mail.(approx. 3-4 days) or Express Mail (approx. 1-2 days).  Shipping costs are based on actual shipping costs we are charged by the USPS.
In some instances, shipping can be lower--if so, and you paid with Pay-Pal, we will refund the difference.  If you paid with Visa or MC, we will only charge you the actual amount for shipping that USPS charges us.
In some instances, shipping can be higher--if so, we will email you the correct shipping total before processing your order.

To specify a delivery date- When placing your order use the "comments" area on the order form to tell us the date you'd like the gift delivered on.

If you choose for your gift to be sent via Priority Mail or Express, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.  This will enable you to see where your package is and when the expected delivery date will be.

Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address, as there is a $10.00 fee for incorrect shipping address information.

Please note: We are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times.
We use reputable delivery companies but delays and mishaps can and do occur.  We make no guarantee on delivery dates except for Overnight and Next Day services.  
We are not required to give a shipping refund if the customer put an incorrect shipping address on the package, or if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be delivered due to the following:   
1.  Recipient Not At the specified address  
2.  Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend  
3.  Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room.  
4.  No one was at home at the time of delivery.  
5.  Package was rejected by recipient.  
6.  Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving said packages.  
7.  Wrong Address was given by customer.
